After You Submit a Request:

Once we receive your request, our dedicated team will:

• Acknowledge receipt of your request within 48 hours.
• Proceed with the deletion process, aiming to complete it within 30 days from the acknowledgment date.
• Notify you once your data has been successfully deleted from our records.

Data Deletion Details:

• The deletion will encompass all personal profile information and data generated from your use of Harm House services.
• Anonymized or aggregated data, which cannot be linked back to any individual, may not be subject to deletion.

Exceptions:

In some cases, we might retain specific data sets for legal reasons or regulatory compliance. Should your request be affected by such circumstances, we’ll clearly communicate this to you.
